The Application Process

Application Assessment
- Schedule an assessment through the Front Office.
- Complete the Assessment Form and pay the ₱3,500 fee.
- Submit a copy of the student’s latest report card.
- Attend the assessment (30 minutes for Early Years; up to 2 hours for Year 2–13).
- Results will be discussed after the assessment, followed by a short interview with the parent/guardian.

Submission of requirements
- Complete the Enrollment Form.
- Submit all required documents.
- Placement level will be confirmed upon evaluation of documents.
- A waiver may be required for any pending documents.

Payment or reservation fee
- Settle the required fees to confirm enrollment.

Interviewing Process
After your documents get reviewed, you will be taking the entrance examination and an interview with our Admissions and Guidance department.

Tuition Fee
Please email [email protected] to request the tuition fee details. Kindly include the following information:
- Student’s full name
- Nationality (passport held by the student)
- Visa status (for foreign students)
Admission Requirements:
- Completed Westfields Admission Form
- Completed Westfields Health Form
- Completed Westfields Individual Inventory Form
- Recommendation Form (for local students only)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character (for local students only)
- Original copy of the latest report card (before assessment)
- Complete school records
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- 2 pcs. 2x2 ID photos (local students)
- 3 pcs. 2x2 ID photos (foreign students)
- Copy of student and parents’ passport or valid ID
- For students who studied outside the Philippines, complete school records must be apostilled.
